Archer Capital completed the acquisition of Aspire2 in October 2015. Aspire2 is a roll-up of five private education businesses in New Zealand, comprising 12 private training establishments, that deliver a range of vocational programmes, courses, and training for students and industry.  The five private education businesses that comprise Aspire2 are Cornerstone – NZ Tertiary Education Group, Ntec – National Tertiary Education Consortium, Queens Academic Group, Safety ‘n Action, and Solomon Group.

Aspire2 is organised into three divisions: International Division, Domestic Division, and B2B Division. The company is the largest private provider of vocational education for international students in New Zealand and a leading private provider of vocational education for domestic students.  It is also the largest private provider of safety training and workplace communication training in New Zealand. 

Aspire2 is headquartered in Auckland with operations across New Zealand.
