David Forde

David joined Archer Capital in 2014 and has since worked on the acquisition of illion Data Registries and co-led the acquisition of Autopact. He is currently a director of Autopact. He is also a former director of LCR Group, for which he led the sale process.

Prior to Archer, David was a Principal at CCMP Capital in their London office.  There he was involved in portfolio assets in the consumer, media and industrial sectors; including co-leading the sourcing and acquisition Pure Gym, where he was a director.  In addition, his responsibilities included origination and evaluation of new opportunities in the consumer and retail sectors across Europe.  Before this he worked for Deutsche Bank in Sydney, where he advised on a range of M&A, debt and equity transactions.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (1st Class Honours and University Medal) from the University of Sydney.
