Jeffrey Lim

Jeffrey joined Archer Capital in 2006 during the investment period of Fund 3.  He has worked on the public to private acquisition of Rebel Sport and subsequently served on the Board.  He co-led the parallel exit of Rebel and its demerged lifestyle fashion business, GlueStore – which combined was awarded private equity deal of the year from AVCAL in 2012. Jeffrey also co-led the petroleum roll-up of Ausfuel, Gull Petroleum and Choice, a combination of strategic businesses in the high growth states of Australia.  Jeffrey served on the Board of Ausfuel and oversaw the growth strategy that led to the creation of the leading independent petroleum company in Australia.  Ausfuel was awarded private equity deal of the year from AVCAL in 2013.  In 2014, Jeffrey was brought on to lead the management of Brownes Foods (acquired in 2011), to which was successfully exited in 2017 to Shanghai Ground Food Pty Ltd.  Since 2017 he has led the management of the Aspire 2 portfolio (acquired in 2015).

Prior to joining Archer, Jeffrey worked for Citigroup's Investment Banking Division across the Sydney, Hong Kong and Beijing offices, as well as having worked for Unilever Australasia in Strategy and Evaluation, and at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in its Growth Solutions Division.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Business degree (with Distinction) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
