Stacey Kelly

Stacey joined Archer Capital in 2011. Stacey commenced her legal career at Clayton Utz, Sydney and obtained experience in both corporate (mergers & acquisitions) and commercial litigation (focusing on banking & finance litigation and corporate fraud) areas. Stacey then spent three years in London and New York with international private client firm Withers and Withers Bergman respectively where she specialised in corporate and banking & finance law. On her return to Sydney, Stacey worked in the debt litigation department at the Australian Taxation Office with a focus on international taxation litigation matters.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (majoring in Economic Geography) from the University of New South Wales. She was admitted to practise law in New South Wales in 2003 and admitted to the New York State Bar in 2012. Stacey has also volunteered at the Cambodian Centre for Human Rights in Phnom Penh and continues to volunteer at Marrickville Legal Centre. She is the current secretary of the University of New South Wales Law Alumni Network.
