Archer Capital acquired Healthe Care in June 2011. Healthe Care is Australia's third largest for-profit private hospital operator and one of the largest privately-owned healthcare companies in Australia. Since Archer Capital’s acquisition in 2011, Healthe Care has acquired Mayo Private (2011), Hurstville Private (2012), Brisbane Waters Private (2014), Marian Centre (2014), Townsville Private (2014), and Robina Private (2015). 

Healthe Care operates a portfolio of 17 hospitals with over 1,800 beds (including beds under development) and more than 50 operating theatres / catheterisation labs.  The hospitals are located in major cities and key regional areas across Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth , Gold Coast and Newcastle.  The company provides a comprehensive range of acute, mental health and specialty services.  

Healthe Care employs over 4,000 staff and has over 2,500 credentialed doctors working within its hospitals.  The company is headquartered in Sydney.
