Onesource Group and Leasing Solutions

 

Archer Capital partnered with the incumbent management team of Onesource Group and Leasing Solutions Limited to buy both businesses from Hanover Group in September 2005. Headquartered in Auckland, Onesource Group is one of New Zealand’s leading distributors of office technology equipment. It operates under two main subsidiaries: Konica Minolta Business Solutions (KMBS) (multi-function copiers/printers/scanners/fax and document management solutions), and Cogent Communications (telecommunications sales and support). The operating businesses are supported by Leasing Solutions Limited, the Group’s specialist office equipment financing arm. The buyout occurred at an inflection point for both KMBS and Cogent, with changes in technology creating exciting opportunities. Archer completed the sale of Onesource to CSG in December 2009.
