Paradise Food

Archer Capital led the management buyout of Paradise Foods, Australia’s second largest biscuit manufacturer and marketer in June 2006. The company has an extensive range of branded biscuits including Cottage Cookies, Lites and Veri Deli and is a major supplier of private label biscuits and bars to a number of grocery retailers in Australia Paradise has low-cost, state-of-the-art biscuit and bar manufacturing facilities in its Brisbane plant. Archer completed the sale of Paradise Foods to Goodman Fielder in February 2008.
